The following applies to GO Easy Fare:
Cancellation:
Not allowed. Conversion to Travel Fund is only available with CEB Flexi.
Rebooking:
Allowed, but change fee and fare differences may apply.
No Show:
Fares and all other fees are forfeited or considered flown.
Name Correction:
Allowed within 24 hours from time of booking (either first or last name only)
Baggage Allowance:
20kg Checked Baggage Allowance included. This can be upgraded.
Seats:
Standard Seat included. This can be upgraded.

Things to remember before your flight!
Booking Changes
Changes must be done at least two hours before the flight, subject to penalties and fare difference
Online check-in
- Check in online via our mobile app or website to get your boarding pass
- Go straight to the boarding gate 30 mins before departure (if no checked baggage) or head to the bag drop counters to check in your bags
Airport Counters and Boarding Gates
- Check-in and bag drop counters open as early as 3 hours before your flight, and closes 1 hour before your flight
- Be at your designated boarding gate 45 minutes before your flight
Valid Photo ID
- Make sure that your valid IDs match the name in your itinerary
- For Senior Citizens and Persons with Disability (PWD) or Reduced Mobility, please present your OSCA ID or PWD ID upon check-in
Prepaid Baggage
- Hand carry items MUST NOT exceed 7 kilos
- Bags for check-in MUST NOT exceed 32 kilos per piece, and must not contain fragile or valuable items
Airport Transfers
Guests booked on Cebu Pacific’s interline partners may need to transfer airport terminals when transiting via Manila. Please proceed to the transit area for the free Manila International Airport Authority (MIAA) Shuttle Service from 5:30AM to 1:00AM the following day. The MIAA shuttle leaves every 30-40 minutes.
