1. CEB Baggage Allowance is available at the time of booking and during Manage Booking up to two (2) hours before the scheduled departure time.
2. Depending on availability, CEB Baggage Allowance may be upgraded.
3. CEB Baggage Allowance may be rebooked up to two (2) hours before the scheduled departure time.
4. Pooling of CEB Baggage Allowances is allowed provided that passengers are in the same Booking Reference and present themselves at the bag drop counters at the same time.
5. Maximum weight of each checked baggage piece is 32kg (as per accepted international standard).
6. CEB Baggage may not be refunded and cannot be stored in a Travel Fund.
7. CEB Baggage may not be transferred to another person. The passenger can only use it for the specific flight and sector for which it is paid.
8. If a change in route is required, CEB Baggage Allowance will not be carried over to the new flight.
9. Loosely packed items will not be allowed and accepted as checked baggage.
